This offering helps an organization to determine their overall sourcing strategy for internal and external resources, including identifying opportunities for cost reductions, and improving free cash flow.

A key component is determining the sourcing scope (insource/outsource) options and the business case for (and against) outsourcing.

We advise clients on specific critical issues to consider in determining the business case, or we can review and comment on a business case already formulated.

 

            Vendor Selection and Negotiations
This offering ensures that the most qualified onshore and offshore vendors are engaged, analyzed and considered. This includes advice on vendor selection criteria, methods of evaluating responses and ensuring the service provider can provide the service that are in the scope of the agreement.

This service also includes, developing the negotiation strategy, due diligence, leading and managing the negotiation of the deal, to include pricing.

 

            Contract and Relationship Review
This offering provides publicly traded companies and government organizations with reviews of their existing outsourcing agreements to determine if the cost, volume expectation and projections are realistic and based on careful analysis of offshore outsourcing research, market realities and the forecast of expected trends.

In addition, we review the Master Service Agreement to ensure that it is structured with enough flexibility for unexpected changes in growth, economic performance and service needs, to include review for clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
